Par Share Value = $2.00, is a separate class for manufacturing and marketing of the said technology.
Phase I - Completed on 11/2004 - Approximately $25,000 in investment has been received for the purpose of securing U.S. Patent application, Continue-In-Part application and Patent Cooperation Treaty application and license.
Phase II - Completed on 01/2005 - Assets on real estate properties were secured for the purpose of securing additional capital investments to cover investments received for phase 1, phase 2, phase 3 and phase 4. The assets will be returned back to their rightful owners as soon as a patent number is issued by the U.S. Patent Office.
Phase III - Completed on 04/2005 - An addition $300,000 in investment were received for our Class A and Class B patent applications.
Phase IV - Completed on 06/2010 - The cost of necessary public relations (media, advertising and promotion) per foreign patent application has been estimated at $50,000 each nation.
Phase V - Current - The process of licensing manufacturing and marketing firms are currently underway.
